This is a strictly Customer Service focused position and does NOT involve selling of any kind. You will be taking all inbound calls and providing customer support.
We offer a great base wage ($13.00/hr.) to start and a performance based incentive upon completion of training. We also have an incredible medical benefit package available to you after only 60 days!
Job Description:
Customer Service/ Account Management – NO SALES!
We take incoming calls for account maintenance and account inquiries related to debit card holder’s accounts for recipients of federal benefits. Answer questions related to the account balance, last few transactions/deposits etc.
NO SELLING/UPSELLING INVOLVED!!!! • Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints while following policy/procedure • Gather information, research/resolve inquiries • Document each call appropriately and according to policy/protocol.
Compensation/ Benefits:
• $13 to start • Medical benefits after 60 days • 401K and full benefits package after 90 days • Daily onsite lunch vendors • Casual Dress Code
Schedule:
 Must be able to work 2nd shift shift; training hours are Monday through Friday 4 pm - 12 am for two weeks.

Skills:
• Preferred minimum of 3-6 months customer service experience (call center helpful) • Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills • Reliable, Punctual, Ability to work flexible schedule (Weekends, Evenings, Holidays, etc.) • Basic PC and web browser knowledge, ability to type 25 words per minute • Ability to multi-task with technology efficiently- type while talking and navigating screens • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers
Job Requirements:
  • 6 months previous Customer Service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
