Job Description

  • Works incoming mail
  • Fee reversal requests
  • Statement requests and other items similar.
The job is Monday-Friday around the hours of 8a-5p.
Starting pay would be $13 /hr.

We’re looking for people who have excellent attendance and don’t mind working at a desk all day.
We love self-starters and people who can keep themselves motivated throughout the day.
My client wants to interview tomorrow or Monday.


Job Requirements
Education and Typical Years’ Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Good keyboarding skills with PC proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Minimum of one year experience in bankcard (debit or credit) research preferred Previous customer service related work experience in a call center environment

Successful candidate for this position will have:
Ability to type
Knowledge and ability to work with Excel and Outlook
Maintain a positive environments, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture
Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner
The ability to work in a team environment
Adaptable to change
Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative
Must pass drug test and background check
Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
