We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to help us expand our clientele. We are growing, and we need help! You will work with one of the best Business Development Teams in Dallas, selling our services to those companies that fit our perfect client profile, and you will have no territory restrictions, no location restrictions, and no commission caps to deal with! Monthly commissions with quarterly bonuses!
We handle the entire United States from our Irving headquarters, so if you know firms outside of Dallas, or have worked in other cities, that would actually be a big plus!
Advance yourself! If you are currently a Recruiter, but you would like to get into the sales side of the business, send us your resume! If you are an Account Manager, and you know you have what it takes for Business Development, send us your resume! If you are an experienced Business Development Representative with many business contacts and you want to move away from the restrictions and dismal commission plans, we are the answer!

Job Requirements
Key responsibilities
  • Develop positioning and messaging based on proven staffing support experience
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Develop strategies and manage programs that drive demand for our services
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Will be part of the Request for Proposal response team
  • REQUIRED 2+ years of client facing staffing experience in sales or account management
  • Prefer Bachelor’s in business or marketing
  • Very strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent people and management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
