Position: Bi-Lingual Customer Care Specialist
Pay rate: $15.50/HR
Duration Period: Contract to hire
40 hours per week
Must be flexible to work shifts from Mon-Fri 6-4pm
Job Title : Bi-Lingual Customer Care Specialist
Job Description:
  • Use of computerized system(s) & monitors, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
  • Perform one or more of the following: Responds to telephone inquiries, emails and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner both verbal & written.
  • Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
  • Prioritizes work to ensures accurate phone coverage and shifts follow ups/escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/Access/Outlook.
  • Ability to type 40/WPM along with 10key by touch.
  • Strong Collection skills
  • Fluent Spanish speaking.
